I ordered this off the back of having received a plastic TikTok one (I liked it and outgrew it quickly). There was a delay in delivery, albeit a short delay, and the issue was resolved so quickly and delivery followed promptly. It’s a great reformer, so sturdy (patience needed to put together), really good resistance and adaptability too. Definitely recommend it.

Obsessed with my BrainGain reformer 😍

Obsessed with my new reformer 😍 I picked grey for a softer aesthetic as I’m keeping it in my living room, and it suits perfectly.

Delivery was super speedy and came with 3 boxes. In the packaging was a leaflet from BrainGain for a 30 day trail with FIIT app, which I can’t wait to try 💪🏾

I received a set up manual PDF from BrainGain with my confirmation email, which had photos of the reformer at each step. I found it so much easier to follow than the standard black and white instructions you would usually get, and directions were short and to the point. I’m not the strongest (F, 30s) but managed to build the reformer on my own in just over an hour - which I thought was pretty impressive! Thankfully it didn’t feel like there was too much building. The materials of the reformer itself and box feel luxury quality, which I’m really happy about as I wanted similar to the studio level I’m used to.

To fold the reformer down and pack it away, you’ll need to unscrew a few bolts, so don’t screw too tight when you initially build! It folds up compact and is about just under hip height so you can store it somewhere out the way.

To see results with Pilates you have to be consistent, but I found that it was becoming a pricey outgoing for me. My BrainGain reformer means that I can cut my in person lessons down across a month, and perfect my moves in the comfort of my living room, which is ideal. More money for Pilates outfits!

I have my reformer in front of the TV so I can watch YouTube Pilates workouts, and the BrainGain manual also comes with main Pilates moves to learn 🧘🏽‍♀️

I was really surprised with how strong the springs are! I put all of the springs on for an intense workout and my abs ache! Genuinely couldn’t tell the difference using a studio reformer and this one.

I’ll be recommending to all of my mates and can’t wait to see results over the next 6 months 🤩
